Al Alamein Towers project involved delivering a high-performance, energy-efficient HVAC system for high-rise buildings with strict technical standards (JIS specifications) while navigating strong market competition. 

Elsewedy Machinery, representing Hitachi, collaborated closely with main contractors Orascom (OCI) and Hassan Allam (CCC) to design and implement a fully customized solution. Through deep technical engagement, the team showcased Hitachi’s flexibility, superior performance, and energy efficiency, ensuring all specifications were met and client expectations exceeded, achieving approval despite intense competition
