Mall of Mansoura (Marakez)

The Mall of Mansoura, developed by Marakez New Cairo for Real Estate, is envisioned as a premium shopping and lifestyle destination in the heart of Mansoura.

In August 2024, Elsewedy Machinery, through its strategic partnership with Hyundai Elevators, was entrusted with delivering a complete vertical mobility solution to support the mall’s high operational demands and modern architectural style. 

For this project, Elsewedy Machinery is providing 7 advanced Hyundai elevators, each selected and configured to match the mall’s expected visitor capacity and performance requirements. A comprehensive traffic analysis was conducted to determine the ideal speed, load, and number of elevators needed to ensure optimal flow throughout the facility.  

To complement the mall’s upscale interior, customized cabin finishes were proposed in line with the design concept, ensuring both functionality and visual harmony. Elsewedy Machinery has also been working closely with the project’s consultants and engineering teams to coordinate all technical submittals, layout approvals, and integration with civil and MEP works, ensuring smooth progress and full compliance with the overall construction timeline.
